The Practice…
Most visits are conducted via telehealth but we do offer in-office appointments at office location in Pennington in New Jersey:
65 South Main Street Suite C101 Pennington, New Jersey 08534 (located in Howe Commons)
Directions: Turn into complex. Drive straight back to the circle. Make a right and head straight back to far right parking lot, where you may park. Office is the first door on the left where you may have a seat in the waiting room until your provider comes to get you for session.
Offering Comprehensive Psychiatry Evaluations
These appointments last 60-75 minutes, with a primary goal of establishing a trusted patient provider relationship. We discuss what is ailing you with the intention of getting to know you as a human being, not just your “symptoms”. The comprehensive psychiatric evaluation reviews what you’re experiencing and we begin to establish a treatment plan. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations for children, teens, & adults working in the following areas:
Depression; Anxiety; Trauma; Mood Swings; Obsessive and Compulsive Behaviors; Insomnia; ADHD; and Autism
Genetic Testing
We offer genetic testing options.
Take a minute to check out what our friends at Genesight and Genomind have to offer.
Your genetics accounts for a great deal when it comes to our mental health, due to our genetic predisposition towards mitochondrial energetic efficiency and processing chemicals, hormones, vitamins, as well as detoxing from the body. Genetic testing can give us a clue to what were working with, but also can let us know if there are psychotropic medications that you may metabolize differently from others and dosing accordingly is needed. Ask about genetic testing during your psychiatry appointment today!
Vagal NerveSupport
Vagus Nerve Stimulation (taVNS)
Struggling with nervous system dysregulation? Burnt out with HPA axis disregulation impacting your cortisol with inflammation? Causing increased anxiety, disconnect, fatigue? Or maybe you have ADHD or PCOS and you’ve always been a high energy person, living in a way that pushes your nervous system to the edge, but now you are depleted… Maybe you can’t sleep, but you have no energy, your gut health is struggling, your blood pressure is off, your cholesteral is up, histamine is an issue, and youre estrogen dominant…
I am a big fan of complementary treatments in mental health- and really anything that helps you feel well is an asset to your mental health. Vagal nerve stimulation is just another up and coming way people are promoting and strengthening their resilience for optimal health and for many others they are jumpstarting their healing.
Psychiatry meets neuroscience!
We are now offering NuroPod, a non-invasive nerve stimulation device that supports nervous system regulation through the vagus nerve — a core part of how we process safety, stress, and connection.
NuroPod offers an accessible, science-backed way to support:
Anxiety & stress reduction
Emotional regulation
Sleep & restfulness
Nervous system resilience
Integrating nuropod can be beneficial to those who are seeking a deeper somatic healing. Reach out to ask about it in your next session.

Your story matters and and is very relevant in your journey of healing. In general, I will be meeting with you for a more extended period of time than most psychiatry providers. Healing is targeted from functional, physical, spiritual, emotional, energetic, and social lenses. People benefit from western, eastern, and/or holistic interventions. Our goal is always optimal wellness (rather than a quick fix, cover up bandage).
(Please note Integrative Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations usually average 90-120 minutes!)
Then what?
Follow Up Appointments:
After the first visit, we meet and discuss progress, reviewing recommendations, and determining what is helpful and what needs to be updated. This includes medication, labs, and/or other integrative interventions. You can chose your follow up appointment, as they are time based options.
45-minute and 60-minute sessions offer time to integrate psychotherapy. 30-minute session are more focused, addressing medication and holistic interventions only. Shorter appointments are usually more ideal for those who already have an outside therapist. Treatment plans are unique to that individual and we will come up with your plan together as a team, however in general, visit frequency can range from weekly to every couple months.
Insurance
General psychiatry - I am currently accepting select Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Health Care, and NJ Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. ****I do not see patients with Medicaid/Medicare plans (primary or secondary)
Integrative psychiatry Functional labs and complementary treatments (energy work) are generally not covered by insurance. However, we offer concierge type plans for integrative, functional, holistic services. If your insurance is currently accepted, psychiatry evaluations and follow upswill generally be covered and functional lab costs and complemetary treatments are out of pocket.
