A range of treatment modalities are considered, including medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, nutritional support, and mind-body practices. The goal is to provide the most comprehensive and personalized care to address the root causes of mental health issues (rather than cover a wound) and promote the highest well-being.

  • I believe that the best results are achieved through integrative psychiatry, focusing on understanding the root cause of mental health symptoms and promoting holistic treatment options, including recommendations for non-prescription supplements and botanicals, diet optimization, and mind-body practices. Highly personalized and collaborative treatment make for best results.

  • I see patients via telehealth or at office in Pennington, NJ. Most patients are seen via telehealth.

  • I treat patients 6 years and up.

  • This is very personalized, however most commonly we may meet monthly for the first 3-6 months of treatment and then to meet every 3 months following that.

  • Mostly no, but on occasion I do. I am a conservative provider and if I do prescribe a controlled substance, our visit will need to be in person at Pennigton Office.

  • All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 business hours in advance. Otherwise you are responsible for the full appointment fee.

  • I accept select Aetna, Optum, Cigna, plans, as well as Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. I do not take medicare or medicaid plans (primary or secondary)
